About this ring
Warm nutmeg brown beside a deep soot black teardrop, with an amber square.
Black is unusual in this collection and it behaves differently from the dark blues and purples - it gives nothing back at all. The teardrop reads as a hole in the ring.
Around it, the nutmeg and amber are both warm and both catch light, so the contrast is not color against color but light against absence.
Three cuts again - teardrop, round, square - which keeps it from being sombre.
One for someone who wears a lot of black and wants warmth without brightness.
Size and fit
Adjustable band, fitting from about a US size 7 upward. Stones measure roughly 3/8" to 2/3" across.
How it is made
Made by hand. A textured brass band, 22K gold-plated, with three semi-precious stones hand-set into bezels shaped around each stone.
