About this ring
Deep aubergine above a soft thistle purple, with a shadowed plum below.
Three purples at three depths, from nearly black to dusty and pale. The graduation runs top to bottom, so the ring has a clear direction to it.
Aubergine is purple with so much depth that in most light it reads as brown or black. It only shows its color when light gets right inside the stone, which is worth waiting for.
Thistle is the opposite - pale, grey-purple, immediately readable. Having both on one ring is what makes it interesting rather than merely dark.
Size and fit
Adjustable band, fitting from about a US size 7 upward. Stones measure roughly 3/8" to 2/3" across.
How it is made
Made by hand. A textured brass band, 22K gold-plated, with three semi-precious stones hand-set into bezels shaped around each stone.
